1. Reasonably adjust the gluing speed of the glue coating machine. The gluing machine should properly adjust the speed of the gluing roller according to the type of glue and the thickness of the veneer during use. Under normal circumstances, the glue application speed of the glue with greater viscosity should be slower to prevent uneven glue coating on the surface of the veneer. The glue application speed can be faster when the board is glued.

2. Reasonably adjust the pressure of the glue roller on the veneer. When applying glue to the veneer, the appropriate pressure of the glue roller on the veneer is beneficial to the uniformity of the glue layer on the surface of the veneer and no leakage. However, the pressure applied by the glue roller should be different for veneers of different thickness. For thin veneers, the pressure of the glue roller on the veneer should be lower to prevent the veneer from being crushed. When the gluing speed is higher, the pressure of the gluing roller on the veneer should be reduced.

3. Reasonably adjust the gap between the squeezing roller and the rubber coating roller. There is a difference in speed between the squeezing roller and the glue roller, which can scrape off the excess glue on the surface of the glue roller and control the amount of glue applied. However, the gap between the two should be adjusted according to the different types of glue. The gap between the glue with higher viscosity should be larger, and the gap between glue with lower viscosity should be smaller to prevent the glue from leaking out of the gap.

4. Reasonably control the amount of glue in the glue tank. The amount of glue in the glue tank has a certain effect on the amount of glue attached to the surface of the glue roller. Generally, the amount of glue in the glue tank should be able to make the grooves of the lower glue roller good. Too little glue in the glue tank will reduce the glue attached to the surface of the glue roller, resulting in uneven distribution of the glue layer on the surface of the glued veneer or miss coating; too much glue will cause too much glue on the surface of the glue roller , Resulting in a waste of glue. For a glue applicator with an upper squeeze roller, the groove between the upper squeeze roller and the glue roller is used to store glue, and the amount of glue in the groove should be reasonably controlled by adjusting the amount of glue.
